I was commissioned by NOWart in association with Walmart to create a mural design for Durham NC. With a two week deadline and a TON of elements to figure out, I think I did a good job achieving their wants. If I had more time there is a lot more I would have done, but so it goes! They wanted me to use an older illustration style of mine, one I had not used in a while which was fun to dive back into.

Process animation. As you can see, up until the very final image I was working with a statue from NC Central. After my submission their lawyers said that it was trademarked and I needed to remove it. So, after almost 50 hours of work I reworked the final composition without a central component. I was under deadlines all along the way so, given the timeline, I think I came up with a pretty good adjustment.
